What is a 'shoodie' (and why it's the perfect top.)

"What is a shoodie?'" - perhaps the most common reaction when people see our gorgeous long-sleeve hooded t-shirts. This and often a few funny looks if we say it too fast. (Say it quickly and you'll hear it) It's simple really, combining the simple long-sleeve t-shirt with a hood, or 'hoodie' and we get the 'shoodie'. 

Inspired by my nephews across the Pond and their go-to summer staple when beach combing the Gulf Coast, we wanted to create our own 'shoodie' and bring it to the British shores. If we do say so ourselves, we're quite pleased with the result - soft, lightweight, functional, cool and remarkably versatile, this may well be the perfect top. As neatly demonstrated by my beautiful models - including my handsome husband David, son Ethan and the stunning Kayra 'blousing' her spotted-seal and pairing with leggings, our 'shoodies' suit just about everybody- mums, dads, surfer boys, surfer girls (and wannabe surfer boys and girls). With such universal appeal and ability to flatter all, our 'shoodies' can also boast sustainable credentials with pride.
